How do I care for my items?

For Charm Chains:

Just like other jewelry, it's important to note that perfumes, lotions or hair products can increase the wear on your charms. We recommend avoiding the use of harsh chemicals, bleach, oil, or jewelry cleaners as this can affect the finishing. The best way to care for your charm chains/keychains is to buff it with a jewelry cloth as needed. 

For 3D Items:

We use PLA+ filament and it is intended for indoor use only. Please do not leave it outdoors in the heat as it could warp.
