Please note that this item is a pre-order and marked as a pre-order. It may take 4-6 weeks after pre-order is closed for items to be shipped to you. This extended time frame includes the time the manufacturer takes to create the acrylic and ship it. Then once it’s shipped to me, I need to assemble all the charms myself. Payments will be processed at the time of purchase to secure your item. You will receive a confirmation email once your item has been shipped. Since it is a pre-order, returns are not allowed.
